The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is an advanced, specialized equipment designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. Utilizing a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer, this machine efficiently breaks rocks by wedging bucket teeth or drill rods into the surrounding rock, leveraging the gravity of the free face for automatic breakthrough. (High-frequency hammers are designed for rocks below 40MPa, while breaking hammers handle harder, more poorly developed rocks). Featuring both local and wireless remote control, the LDJ400 is adaptable for tunnel excavations ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. It excels in high-frequency rock breaking, quick excavation of soft soil, contour trimming, and spray dust removal, making it ideal for construction in blast-restricted areas such as airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves. Its flexibility meets diverse construction needs, reducing over- and under-excavation, and mitigating landslides and other issues.

Precise Over- and Under-Excavation Control: The entire machine's movements are precisely controlled, with the ability to manage over- and under-excavation of the contour surface to within 20 centimeters.
Spray Dust Removal: Equipped with an effective dust removal spray system, the entire machine ensures a safe construction environment by effectively controlling dust.
High-Frequency Rock Breaking: Featuring a patented three-toothed or two-toothed base and a high-frequency breaker hammer, the LDJ400 achieves rapid rock breaking with powerful impact.
Remote Control: All machine movements are remotely controlled, providing ease and convenience of operation. The operator can flexibly adjust positions for more efficient control.
Diesel-Electric Dual Power System: Supporting both diesel-powered emergency transmissions and electric construction, this system reduces construction costs, eliminates tunnel exhaust pollution, and minimizes heat accumulation during construction.
Efficient Slag Discharge: Certain models are equipped with slag collecting and discharging devices, offering a discharge capacity of 180m³/h. This ensures rapid slag removal for small-section equipment without leaving the site.
