The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is an advanced, specialized equipment designed for safe, non-explosive tunnel excavation. Engineered for precision, this machine employs a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer to efficiently fracture rocks. It uses bucket teeth or drill rods to wedge and harnesses gravity to naturally break the surrounding rock, ensuring seamless operation. The high-frequency hammers are ideal for rocks below 40MPa, while the breaker hammers tackle harder, more challenging rocks. Equipped with both local control and wireless remote control, this versatile machine is perfect for tunnels ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters in diameter. It boasts a myriad of functionalities including high-frequency rock breaking, swift soft soil excavation, contour trimming, and spray dust removal. This makes it an indispensable tool for construction in sensitive areas such as airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves. Its adaptability to various rock types reduces the risks of over- and under-excavation and prevents landslides and other related hazards.
Excavation Efficiency: With impressive excavation efficiency, it handles grade IV and V surrounding rocks at a rate of up to 50m³/h;
Minimal Disturbance to Surrounding Rock: Our non-explosive excavation method ensures minimal disturbance to the surrounding rock;
Precise Over- and Under-excavation Control: The machine's movement is meticulously controlled, allowing for precise over- and under-excavation within 20 centimeters of the contour surface;
Spray Dust Removal: Equipped with a dust removal spray system, it effectively controls dust, maintaining a safe and clean construction environment;
High-Frequency Rock Breaking: Featuring a patented three-toothed or two-toothed base combined with a high-frequency breaker hammer, it delivers rapid rock breaking with powerful impact;
Remote Control: All machine movements are controlled remotely, offering unparalleled convenience and flexibility for the operator to adjust positions seamlessly;
Diesel-Electric Dual Power System: This system supports both diesel-powered emergency and electric-powered operations, cutting down construction costs, eliminating exhaust emissions, and preventing heat build-up in the tunnel during construction;
Efficient Slag Discharge: Certain models are fitted with slag collecting and discharging devices with a capacity of 180m³/h, ensuring rapid slag removal for small-section equipment without site departure.
