The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is a state-of-the-art engineering marvel designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. This advanced machinery utilizes a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer to effortlessly fracture rocks. Bucket teeth or drill rods expertly wedge into the surrounding rock, leveraging gravity to naturally break through. For rocks below 40MPa, high-frequency hammers are used, while breaking hammers tackle higher hardness rocks. Featuring both local control and wireless remote control, this versatile machine adapts seamlessly to tunnels ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. It excels in high-frequency rock breaking, rapid excavation of soft soil, precise contour trimming, and efficient spray dust removal, making it ideal for construction in sensitive areas like airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves. Its flexibility ensures it meets the diverse demands of various rock types, minimizes over- and under-excavation, and prevents landslides, enhancing overall construction safety.

Diesel-Electric Dual Power System: Supports both diesel-powered emergency and electric-driven construction, minimizing costs and eliminating tunnel exhaust gas, thereby reducing heat accumulation during operations.
Efficient Slag Discharge: Certain models feature slag collecting and discharging devices with a capacity of 180m³/h, ensuring rapid slag removal without site departure.
