The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is an advanced piece of equipment designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. This machine primarily utilizes either a high-frequency hammer or a breaker hammer to fracture rocks, employing bucket teeth or drill rods to wedge and harness the gravity against surrounding rocks for automatic penetration. The high-frequency hammer is optimal for rocks under 40MPa, while the breaker hammer handles harder, poorly developed rocks. Featuring both local control and wireless remote control, this adaptable equipment is ideal for tunnels ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters in diameter. It integrates high-frequency rock breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, contour trimming, and efficient spray dust removal, making it perfect for construction in areas where blasting is prohibited, such as airports, residential neighborhoods, and wildlife reserves. Highly versatile, it adeptly navigates diverse rock formations, minimizing over- and under-excavation and preventing landslides and other hazards.
Excavation Efficiency: Achieves comprehensive excavation efficiency for grade IV and V surrounding rocks up to 50m³/h.
Minimal Turbulence to Surrounding Rock: The non-explosive excavation method ensures minimal disturbance to the surrounding rock.
Precise Over- and Under-Excavation Control: The entire machine's movements are meticulously controlled, maintaining over- and under-excavation of the contour surface within a precision of 20 centimeters.
Spray Dust Removal: Equipped with an efficient dust removal spray system, the machine effectively controls dust, ensuring a safe construction environment.
High-Frequency Rock Breaking: Utilizes a patented three-toothed or two-toothed base along with a high-frequency breaker hammer for rapid rock breaking and powerful impact.
Remote Control: All machine movements are remotely controlled, ensuring easy and convenient operation. Operators can adjust positions flexibly for optimal convenience.
Diesel-Electric Dual Power System: Supports both diesel-powered emergency and transmission, along with electric construction, reducing construction costs. No exhaust gas pollution is generated within the tunnel, and heat accumulation is minimized during operations.
Efficient Slag Discharge: Certain models are equipped with slag collecting and discharging devices, boasting a slag discharge capacity of 180m³/h. This ensures rapid slag removal, meeting the demands of small-section equipment without site contamination.
