The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is a specialized equipment engineered for non-explosive tunnel excavation. This cutting-edge machine primarily employs high-frequency hammers or breaker hammers to fracture rocks. Utilizing bucket teeth or drill rods, it wedges into the surrounding rock, leveraging gravity from the free face to naturally break through. (High-frequency hammers are designed for rocks below 40MPa; breaker hammers are utilized for harder, less developed rocks). Featuring both local and wireless remote control, this machine expertly handles tunnel excavations ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. It integrates functions such as high-frequency rock breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, precise contour trimming, and efficient spray dust removal. Ideal for construction in blasting-restricted areas like airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves, it offers exceptional flexibility, adapting to various rock types. This reduces over- and under-excavation, preventing landslides and other complications.
Excavation Efficiency: Comprehensive excavation efficiency for grade IV and V surrounding rocks reaches up to 50m³/h;
Minimal Disturbance to Surrounding Rock: The non-explosive excavation method causes minimal disruption to surrounding rocks;
Precise Over- and Under-Excavation Control: The machine's movement is meticulously controlled, maintaining over- and under-excavation within 20 centimeters of the contour surface;
Spray Dust Removal: Equipped with an advanced dust removal spray system, the machine effectively controls dust, ensuring a safe construction environment;
High-Frequency Rock Breaking: Utilizes a patented three-toothed or two-toothed base along with a high-frequency breaker hammer, achieving fast rock fracturing speeds and robust impact;
Remote Control: All operations of the machine are remotely controlled, offering easy and convenient operation. The operator can adjust positions flexibly for enhanced convenience;
Diesel-Electric Dual Power System: Supports diesel-powered emergency and transmission functions alongside electric construction, reducing construction costs. It minimizes exhaust pollution in the tunnel and prevents heat accumulation during construction;
Efficient Slag Discharge: Certain models are equipped with slag collecting and discharging devices, boasting a discharge capacity of 180m³/h, meeting the demands of small-section equipment for rapid slag removal without site departure.
