The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is state-of-the-art equipment designed specifically for non-explosive tunnel excavation. Utilizing advanced high-frequency hammers or breaker hammers, this machine effortlessly breaks through rocks. With bucket teeth or drill rods wedging into the surrounding rock, it leverages gravity for efficient excavation. High-frequency hammers are suited for rocks below 40MPa, while breaker hammers handle harder rocks. Featuring both local and wireless remote control, this equipment is adaptable for tunnel excavations ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. Its diverse functionalities include high-frequency rock breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, contour trimming, and spray dust removal. Ideal for construction in areas with blasting restrictions, such as airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves, it offers exceptional flexibility. The LDJ400 minimizes over- and under-excavation while preventing landslides, making it perfect for a variety of rock formations.

Precise Over- and Under-Excavation Control: With precise control of the entire machine's movements, over- and under-excavation of the contour surface is controllable within 20 centimeters;
Spray Dust Removal: Equipped with an efficient dust removal spray system, it effectively controls dust, ensuring a safe construction environment;
High-Frequency Rock Breaking: Features a patented three-toothed or two-toothed base and a high-frequency breaker hammer for rapid rock breaking and strong impact;
Remote Control: All machine movements are remotely controlled for ease of operation. The operator can adjust positions flexibly for greater convenience;
Diesel-Electric Dual Power System: Supports both diesel-powered emergency and electric construction to minimize costs. No exhaust gas pollutes the tunnel, and heat accumulation is kept to a minimum during construction;
Efficient Slag Discharge: Certain models include slag collecting and discharging devices with a capacity of 180m³/h, meeting the rapid slag discharge needs of small-section equipment without site departure.
