The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is an advanced piece of equipment tailored for non-explosive tunnel excavation. This state-of-the-art machinery utilizes a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer for rock fragmentation, with bucket teeth or drill rods wedging into the surrounding rock. The gravitational force on the free face of the surrounding rock facilitates automatic penetration. High-frequency hammers are ideal for rocks below 40MPa, while breaker hammers handle tougher, poorly developed rocks. Featuring both local control and wireless remote control, the equipment is suitable for tunnel excavations ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. It seamlessly integrates high-frequency rock breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, contour trimming, and spray dust removal. Perfect for construction in areas where blasting is restricted-such as airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves-this machine is incredibly versatile, addressing diverse surrounding rock conditions while minimizing over- and under-excavation and preventing landslides.

Excavation Efficiency: Achieving comprehensive excavation efficiency for grade IV and V surrounding rocks up to an impressive 50m³/h.

Minimal Disturbance to Surrounding Rock: Our non-explosive excavation method ensures minimal disturbance to the surrounding rock structure.

Precise Over- and Under-Excavation Control: The entire machine's movements are precisely controlled, allowing over- and under-excavation of the contour surface to be managed within 20 centimeters.

Spray Dust Removal: Equipped with an effective dust removal spray system, the machine ensures a clean and safe construction environment.

High-Frequency Rock Breaking: Utilizing a patented two- or three-toothed base and a high-frequency breaker hammer, the machine achieves rapid rock breaking with formidable impact.

Remote Control: All machine movements are remotely controlled, making operation straightforward and convenient. Operators can flexibly adjust positions for optimal convenience.

Diesel-Electric Dual Power System: The machine supports both diesel-powered emergency and transmission alongside electric construction, significantly cutting down construction costs. It ensures no exhaust gas pollution and minimal heat accumulation within tunnels.

Efficient Slag Discharge: Certain models boast slag collecting and discharging devices with a capacity of 180m³/h, perfectly catering to the rapid slag discharging needs of small-section equipment.
