The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is an advanced piece of equipment tailored for non-explosive tunnel excavation. This state-of-the-art machinery utilizes a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer for rock fragmentation, with bucket teeth or drill rods wedging into the surrounding rock. The gravitational force on the free face of the surrounding rock facilitates automatic penetration. High-frequency hammers are ideal for rocks below 40MPa, while breaker hammers handle tougher, poorly developed rocks. Featuring both local control and wireless remote control, the equipment is suitable for tunnel excavations ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. It seamlessly integrates high-frequency rock breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, contour trimming, and spray dust removal. Perfect for construction in areas where blasting is restricted-such as airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves-this machine is incredibly versatile, addressing diverse surrounding rock conditions while minimizing over- and under-excavation and preventing landslides.
