The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is a cutting-edge, non-explosive tunnel excavator. Engineered to harness the power of high-frequency hammers or breaker hammers, this machine efficiently fractures rocks. Using bucket teeth or drill rods, it wedges into the surrounding rock and leverages gravity to fracture it. Ideal for rocks below 40MPa, high-frequency hammers excel, while breaker hammers tackle harder, poorly developed rocks. The LDJ400 offers a dual-control system-local and wireless remote control-suitable for tunnel excavations between 6 to 9.5 meters. Its versatility shines through with features including high-frequency rock breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, contour trimming, and spray dust removal. This makes it perfect for construction in restricted areas like airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves. Its adaptability to various rock types ensures minimal over- and under-excavation, reducing risks of landslides and other issues.
Excavation Efficiency: Achieves comprehensive excavation efficiency of up to 50m³/h for grade IV and V surrounding rocks.
Minimal Disturbance to Surrounding Rock: Non-explosive methods ensure minimal disruption to the surrounding rock.
Precise Over- and Under-Excavation Control: Machine movements are precisely controlled, maintaining over- and under-excavation within a 20-centimeter margin.
Spray Dust Removal: Equipped with a dust removal spray system to effectively control dust, ensuring a safe construction environment.
High-Frequency Rock Breaking: Features a patented three-toothed or two-toothed base with a high-frequency breaker hammer, delivering fast rock-breaking speeds and powerful impacts.
Remote Control: Complete remote control of all machine movements offers easy, convenient operation, allowing the operator to adjust positions flexibly.
Diesel-Electric Dual Power System: Supports diesel-powered emergency functions and electric construction, reducing costs and avoiding tunnel exhaust gas pollution and heat accumulation.
Efficient Slag Discharge: Some models include slag collecting and discharging devices with a capacity of 180m³/h, meeting the needs for rapid slag removal in small-section equipment.
