The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is a specialized piece of equipment designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. This advanced machine employs either a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer to fracture rocks. Utilizing bucket teeth or drill rods, it wedges the rock in the surrounding area, leveraging the gravity of the free face to naturally break through the rock. High-frequency hammers are ideal for rocks under 40MPa, while breaker hammers handle rocks with higher hardness and poor development. Featuring both local control and wireless remote control, this versatile machine is adaptable for tunnel excavations ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. It integrates high-frequency rock breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, contour trimming, and spray dust removal, making it perfect for construction in blast-restricted areas like airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves. The LDJ400 is extremely flexible, catering to various types of surrounding rocks, minimizing over- and under-excavation, and preventing issues like landslides.
Excavation efficiency: Achieves comprehensive excavation efficiency of up to 50m³/h for grade IV and V surrounding rocks.
Minimal disturbance to surrounding rock: The non-explosive excavation method ensures minimal disturbance to the surrounding rock.
Precise over- and under-excavation control: The entire machine's movement is precisely controlled, maintaining over- and under-excavation of the contour surface within 20 centimeters.
Spray dust removal: Equipped with a dust removal spray system to effectively control dust, ensuring a safe construction environment.
High-frequency rock breaking: Utilizes a patented three-toothed or two-toothed base, combined with a high-frequency breaker hammer, to provide rapid rock breaking and strong impact.
Remote control: All machine movements are controlled remotely, offering ease and convenience. Operators can adjust their position flexibly for optimal control.
Diesel-electric dual power system: Supports both diesel-powered emergency and electric construction, reducing costs. No exhaust gas pollutes the tunnel, and heat accumulation is minimized during construction.
Efficient slag discharge: Equipped with slag collecting and discharging devices on some models, with a capacity of 180m³/h. This ensures rapid slag discharge, meeting the needs of small-section equipment without site departure.
