The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is a cutting-edge solution designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. It utilizes a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer to fracture rocks, leveraging bucket teeth or drill rods to wedge into the rock and employing the gravity from the surrounding rock to automatically break through. Equipped with both local and wireless remote controls, this machine is adaptable for tunnel excavations ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters in diameter. It seamlessly integrates various functionalities such as high-frequency rock breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, contour trimming, and spray dust removal, making it perfect for construction in sensitive zones like airports, residential areas, and wildlife reserves. Its versatility ensures it meets the demands of various rock types, mitigating issues like over- and under-excavation and preventing landslides.
