The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is a groundbreaking piece of equipment designed specifically for non-explosive tunnel excavation. This state-of-the-art machine employs a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer to efficiently fracture rocks. With its advanced technology, the machine utilizes bucket teeth or drill rods to wedge and break the surrounding rock, leveraging the natural gravity of the rock face for automatic penetration. High-frequency hammers are adept at handling rocks below 40MPa, while breaker hammers tackle harder, less developed rocks. Featuring both local and wireless remote control, it is adaptable for tunnel excavations ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. This versatile equipment integrates high-frequency rock breaking, rapid excavation of soft soil, contour trimming, and effective dust suppression through spray systems. Ideal for construction in sensitive areas where blasting is prohibited-such as airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves-it offers unparalleled flexibility to meet diverse rock conditions, minimizing over- and under-excavation, and mitigating landslide risks.

Excavation Efficiency: Achieves comprehensive excavation efficiency for grade IV and V surrounding rocks up to an impressive 50m³/h.

Slight Turbulence to Surrounding Rock: Adopts a non-explosive excavation method that causes minimal disturbance to the surrounding rock.

Precise Over- and Under-Excavation Control: Sophisticated control of the machine ensures precise over- and under-excavation within 20 centimeters of the contour surface.

Spray Dust Removal: Equipped with an advanced dust removal spray system to effectively manage dust, ensuring a safer construction environment.

High-Frequency Rock Breaking: Utilizes a patented three-toothed or two-toothed base paired with a high-frequency breaker hammer for rapid rock breaking and powerful impact.

Remote Control: All machine movements are controlled remotely, offering ease and convenience. Operators can adjust positions flexibly for optimal control.

Diesel-Electric Dual Power System: Supports both diesel-powered emergency and transmission, as well as electric construction, reducing costs and eliminating tunnel exhaust pollution while minimizing heat accumulation during operations.

Slag Discharge Efficiency: Certain models come equipped with slag collecting and discharging devices, boasting a slag discharge capacity of 180m³/h, catering to rapid slag-removal needs of small-section equipment without site relocation.
