The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is a state-of-the-art, specialized equipment designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. It employs a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer to effectively break rocks. Using bucket teeth or drill rods, it wedges the surrounding rock, exploiting gravity to break through. The high-frequency hammer is ideal for rocks below 40MPa, while the breaker hammer handles harder rocks. Featuring both local and wireless remote control, this versatile machine is perfectly adapted for tunnel excavations ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. Its multifunctionality includes high-frequency rock breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, contour trimming, and spray dust removal. This makes it particularly suitable for construction in areas where blasting is prohibited, such as airports, residential areas, and wildlife reserves. The LDJ400 excels in flexibility, addressing various types of surrounding rocks while minimizing over- and under-excavation and preventing landslides and other related issues.

Precise Over- and Under-Excavation Control: The entire machine's movements are precisely controlled, allowing over- and under-excavation of the contour surface to be kept within a tight margin of 20 centimeters.

High-Frequency Rock Breaking: Utilizes a patented three-toothed base or two-toothed base coupled with a high-frequency breaker hammer, delivering rapid rock breaking with strong impact.

Diesel-Electric Dual Power System: Supports diesel-powered emergency and transmission as well as electric construction, reducing costs. It ensures no exhaust gas pollution in the tunnel, and minimizes heat accumulation during construction.
Efficient Slag Discharge: Certain models come equipped with slag collecting and discharging devices, boasting a discharge capacity of 180m³/h. This meets the rapid slag discharge needs of small-section equipment without requiring site departure.
