The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is specialized equipment designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. It employs high-frequency hammers or breaker hammers to break rocks, using bucket teeth or drill rods to wedge and leverage the surrounding rock, taking advantage of gravity to efficiently break through. High-frequency hammers are ideal for rocks below 40MPa, while breaker hammers are suitable for harder rocks. This advanced machinery features both local and wireless remote control, adaptable for tunnel excavations ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. It integrates various functions such as high-frequency rock breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, contour trimming, and spray dust removal, making it perfect for construction in blast-restricted areas like airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves. The LDJ400 is highly versatile, capable of meeting diverse construction requirements across different rock types, reducing over- and under-excavation, and preventing issues like landslides.
Excavation Efficiency: Achieves comprehensive excavation efficiency of up to 50m³/h for grade IV and V surrounding rocks;
Minimal Disturbance to Surrounding Rock: Non-explosive excavation methods cause minimal disturbance to surrounding rock;
Precise Excavation Control: The entire machine's movements are precisely controlled, allowing over- and under-excavation of the contour surface to be controlled within 20 centimeters;
Spray Dust Removal: Equipped with a dust removal spray system to effectively control dust and ensure a safe construction environment;
High-Frequency Rock Breaking: Features patented three-toothed or two-toothed bases paired with a high-frequency breaker hammer, ensuring fast rock breaking speed and strong impact;
Remote Control: All machine movements are controlled remotely, making operation easy and convenient. Operators can flexibly adjust positions for enhanced convenience;
Diesel-Electric Dual Power System: Supports diesel-powered emergency and transmission alongside electric construction, reducing costs and eliminating exhaust pollution. Heat accumulation is minimized during construction;
Efficient Slag Discharge: Some models come equipped with slag collecting and discharging devices, boasting a slag discharge capacity of 180m³/h, ideal for rapid slag removal in small-section equipment without leaving the site.
