The LDJ400 Series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is a state-of-the-art equipment for non-explosive tunnel excavation. This sophisticated machine utilizes a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer to shatter rocks. Bucket teeth or drill rods are employed to wedge the rock in the surrounding rock, leveraging the natural gravity of the free face to seamlessly penetrate it. The high-frequency hammers are ideal for rocks up to 40MPa, while breaker hammers are designed for tougher, more resilient rocks. Featuring a combination of local control and wireless remote control, this equipment is adaptable for tunnel excavation spanning 6 to 9.5 meters. Its comprehensive functionality includes high-frequency rock breaking, swift excavation of soft soil, precise contour trimming, and efficient spray dust removal. The versatility of this machine makes it perfect for construction in restricted blasting zones, such as airports, residential areas, and wildlife reserves. Its unparalleled flexibility caters to various types of surrounding rocks, significantly reducing over- and under-excavation, and mitigating the risks of landslides and other potential issues.

Excavation Efficiency: Comprehensive excavation efficiency for grade IV and V surrounding rocks reaches up to 50m³/h;

Minimal Disturbance to Surrounding Rock: The non-explosive excavation method ensures minimal disruption to the surrounding rock;

Precise Over- and Under-Excavation Control: The movement of the entire machine is precisely controlled, with over- and under-excavation of the contour surface meticulously controlled within 20 centimeters;

Spray Dust Removal: Equipped with an advanced dust removal spray system, the entire machine effectively manages dust, guaranteeing a safe construction environment;

High-Frequency Rock Breaking: Patent-protected three-toothed or two-toothed base and a high-frequency breaker hammer ensure rapid rock breaking speed with robust impact;

Remote Control: All machine movements are controlled remotely, providing ease of operation. The operator can conveniently adjust positions for optimal functionality;

Diesel-Electric Dual Power System: Supports diesel-powered emergency and electric construction, significantly reducing construction costs. This environmentally-friendly system eliminates exhaust gas in the tunnel and minimizes heat accumulation during operations;

Efficient Slag Discharge: Certain models feature slag collecting and discharging devices, with a discharge capacity of 180m³/h, meeting the rapid slag discharge needs of small-section equipment without site abandonment.
