The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine stands as a revolutionary piece of equipment for non-explosive tunnel excavation. The equipment employs bucket teeth or drill rods to wedge into the surrounding rock, utilizing gravity to naturally break through. (High-frequency hammers are ideal for rocks under 40MPa; breaker hammers are reserved for tougher rocks.) This cutting-edge machine offers both local and wireless remote control, making it versatile for tunnel diameters ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. It integrates high-frequency rock breaking, swift soft soil excavation, precise contour trimming, and effective spray dust removal. Its design makes it perfect for construction in blasting-restricted areas like airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves. The equipment's flexibility allows it to adapt to various rock types, minimizing over- and under-excavation and preventing landslides and related issues.

Efficient Slag Discharge: Certain models include slag collecting and discharging devices, boasting a discharge capacity of 180m³/h. This meets the demands for rapid slag removal in small-section equipment without site departure.
