The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine stands as a revolutionary piece of equipment for non-explosive tunnel excavation. It harnesses the power of high-frequency hammers or breaker hammers to effortlessly fracture rocks. The equipment employs bucket teeth or drill rods to wedge into the surrounding rock, utilizing gravity to naturally break through. (High-frequency hammers are ideal for rocks under 40MPa; breaker hammers are reserved for tougher rocks.) This cutting-edge machine offers both local and wireless remote control, making it versatile for tunnel diameters ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. It integrates high-frequency rock breaking, swift soft soil excavation, precise contour trimming, and effective spray dust removal. Its design makes it perfect for construction in blasting-restricted areas like airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves. The equipment's flexibility allows it to adapt to various rock types, minimizing over- and under-excavation and preventing landslides and related issues.

Efficient Excavation: Boasting a comprehensive excavation efficiency of up to 50m³/h for grade IV and V surrounding rocks.

Minimal Disturbance to Surrounding Rock: Our non-explosive excavation method ensures minimal disruption to the surrounding rock structure.

Precise Over- and Under-Excavation Control: The entire machine's movements are precisely controlled, maintaining a contour surface accuracy within 20 centimeters.

Effective Spray Dust Removal: Equipped with a dust removal spray system, this machine effectively controls dust, ensuring a safe construction environment.

High-frequency Rock Breaking: Featuring our patented three-toothed or two-toothed bases combined with a high-frequency breaker hammer, it delivers rapid rock breaking with strong impact.

Remote Control: All machine movements are remotely controlled, making operation easy and convenient. Operators can adjust positions flexibly for enhanced convenience.

Diesel-Electric Dual Power System: Supporting both diesel-powered emergency and transmission and electric construction, this system minimizes costs. It also reduces exhaust emissions and heat accumulation, maintaining a cleaner tunnel environment.

Efficient Slag Discharge: Certain models include slag collecting and discharging devices, boasting a discharge capacity of 180m³/h. This meets the demands for rapid slag removal in small-section equipment without site departure.
