The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is a specialized piece of equipment designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. This machine employs a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer to fracture rocks, utilizing bucket teeth or drill rods to wedge the rock in the surrounding area. Leveraging the gravity from the free face under the surrounding rock, it autonomously penetrates through it. (High-frequency hammers are ideal for rocks below 40MPa; breaker hammers are suited for harder, poorly developed rocks). This advanced equipment features both local control and wireless remote control, adaptable for tunnel excavations ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. It integrates high-frequency rock-breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, contour trimming, spray dust removal, and more, making it perfect for construction in areas where blasting is restricted (such as airports, residential areas, and wildlife reserves). The machine's flexibility allows it to cater to various types of surrounding rocks, reducing over- and under-excavation and preventing landslides and related issues.
Excavation Efficiency: Achieves comprehensive excavation efficiency for grade IV and V surrounding rocks up to 50m³/h.
Minimal Disturbance to Surrounding Rock: The non-explosive excavation method significantly minimizes disturbances to the surrounding rock.
Precise Over- and Under-Excavation Control: The entire machine's movements are precisely controlled, with contour surface over- and under-excavation controllable within 20 centimeters.
Spray Dust Removal: Equipped with a dust removal spray system, the machine effectively controls dust, ensuring a safe construction environment.
High-Frequency Rock Breaking: Utilizes a patented three-toothed or two-toothed base and a high-frequency breaker hammer for rapid rock breaking and strong impact.
Remote Control: All machine movements are managed remotely, providing ease of operation. The operator can conveniently adjust positions for optimal control.
Diesel-Electric Dual Power System: Supports both diesel-powered emergency operations and electric construction, reducing costs. This dual power system prevents air pollution inside the tunnel and minimizes heat accumulation during construction.
Efficient Slag Discharge: Certain models come with slag collecting and discharging devices, offering a discharge capacity of 180m³/h. This meets the rapid slag discharging needs of small-section equipment without site departure.
