The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is a state-of-the-art equipment designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. Utilizing advanced high-frequency hammers or breaker hammers, this machine effectively breaks rocks, while innovative bucket teeth or drill rods wedge the rock, allowing gravity to facilitate the breaking process. (High-frequency hammers are optimal for rocks below 40MPa, whereas breaker hammers are ideal for harder, less developed rocks.) The machine offers both local and wireless remote control capabilities and is adaptable for tunnel excavation ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. Its multifunctionality includes high-frequency rock breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, precise contour trimming, and efficient spray dust removal. This versatility makes it perfect for construction in areas with blasting restrictions, such as airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves. Highly adaptable, the LDJ400 meets diverse construction requirements, minimizes over- and under-excavation, and enhances safety by preventing landslides and other common issues.
Excavation Efficiency: Achieves comprehensive excavation efficiency for grade IV and V surrounding rocks at a rate of up to 50m³/h.
