Its dual power system allows seamless transitions between diesel and electric power, perfect for both routine construction and emergency scenarios. Equipped with a sophisticated three-arm remote control, it excels in installing prefabricated arch frames, employing various benching methods, and achieving precise positioning. The trolley's design facilitates under-excavation and welding during installation, making it exceptionally versatile and efficient for tunnel operations.
Functional Integration: The Intelligent Integrated Arch Anchor Trolley brings together multiple critical processes into a single, cohesive unit. It encompasses measuring and point placement, under-excavation tasks, arch frame installation, advance support, system anchor construction, optional anchor grouting, and anchor net installation, among others.
Equipment Digitization (Optional): This state-of-the-art equipment offers optional digitization features, including cluster management, precise positioning, video surveillance, walkie-talkie functionality, pre/alarm systems, comprehensive data management, and integration with tunnel BIM technology and digital twins. It also features construction reporting, tunnel contour scanning, and remote control capabilities.
High Efficiency: The trolley's three-arm, three-gripper, and two-basket structure allows for maximum operational efficiency. With a middle arm capable of lifting up to 2 tons, the entire construction process is streamlined to be completed within approximately one hour.
Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Utilizing our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding arch frame installation techniques, the production of arch frames occurs outside the tunnel. This innovation significantly reduces time spent on dangerous surfaces, minimizes construction safety risks, and enhances overall efficiency.
Single Anchor System: The system boasts a maximum drilling depth of 4.5m. The middle arm frames are engineered to perform feet locking, system anchoring, and advance anchoring operations with utmost precision.
Expandable Hanging Basket: The trolley is fitted with an expandable hanging basket, providing ample operating space. This feature is particularly useful for the installation of explosives and anchor rods.
Optional Grouting Function: An optional grouting system can be integrated, allowing for rapid grouting operations immediately after anchor installation is completed.
Less Operating Personnel: Thanks to its advanced automation and integrated functionalities, the entire construction operation can be efficiently managed by just 3-4 personnel, as opposed to the traditional requirement of 8 or more workers.
Auxiliary Function Integration: The equipment is equipped with a breaker hammer and welding machine, enabling it to perform under-excavation processing and welding operations during arch installation.
