The LZG413A The LZG413A Intelligent Integrated Drilling and Arch Trolley is a state-of-the-art, dual-function machine specifically designed for tunnel full-section construction and the benching method. It boasts a robust integrated frame engineering chassis and dual rock drilling arms. The standing arch frame incorporates a dual-arm design, complemented by three grippers and two hanging baskets. This versatile machine offers four-wheel steering, four-wheel drive, and two-way driving capabilities. It supports both electric construction and diesel-powered emergency operations, ensuring ease of use, low failure rates, high reliability, a compact structure, and straightforward maintenance.

Functional Integration: This versatile machine seamlessly integrates multiple functions including tunneling, anchor hole construction, arch frame installation, charging, anchor installation, optional anchor grouting, and anchor net installation.

Wide Range of Applications: It excels in three-step, two-step, and full-section constructions, effectively meeting the rock drilling and arch construction
requirements of diverse construction methodologies.

Convenient Operation: Featuring both a local console and remote operation, it is ideal for high viewing angles during rock drilling and close viewing angles when erecting arches.
Equipment Digitization (Optional): Offers advanced digital functionalities like cluster management, positioning, video surveillance, walkie-talkie communication, pre/alarm systems, data management, tunnel BIM technology, digital twin, construction report management, tunnel contour scanning, remote control, and more.
Rock Drilling and Vertical Arching: Armed with four operating arms-two double-triangular self-balancing rock drilling arms, two vertical arch arms, and three grippers-the machine's maximum lifting force of the arm support is 2.5 tons. This meets the installation requirements for prefabricated arch frames with precise positioning adjustments. The entire construction process is accomplished in approximately one hour.
