Equipped with a three-arm remote control, it excels in prefabricated arch frame installations, various benching methods, and precise positioning adjustments. The arch frame handles under-excavation and welding operations effortlessly, while its design ensures exceptional flexibility within the tunnel.

Functional Integration: The intelligent integrated arch anchor trolley masterfully combines multiple processes into a singular, efficient operation. This includes tasks such as measuring and placing points, under-excavation, arch frame installation, anchor net installation, advance support, system anchor construction, optional anchor grouting, and more.

Equipment Digitization (Optional): Enhance your operations with features like cluster management, precise positioning, video surveillance, walkie-talkie integration, pre-alarm functionality, comprehensive data management, tunnel BIM technology, digital twin, detailed construction reporting,

Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding arch frame installation techniques create arch frames outside the tunnel. This significantly reduces working time on hazardous surfaces, enhancing construction safety and overall efficiency.

Dual Anchor System: The system's maximum drilling depth extends to 4.5 meters, with left and right arm frames capable of feet locking, system anchoring, and advance anchoring operations simultaneously.
