The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is a state-of-the-art solution designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. Engineered for versatility, it employs either a high-frequency hammer or a breaker hammer to effectively fracture rocks. Utilizing bucket teeth or drill rods to wedge into the rock, the machine leverages the gravity of the free face surrounding the rock to facilitate automatic penetration. (High-frequency hammers are ideal for rocks below 40MPa, while breaker hammers are suited for harder rocks.) This advanced equipment offers both local and wireless remote control, accommodating tunnel diameters from 6 to 9.5 meters. Its multifunctional capabilities include high-frequency rock breaking, rapid excavation of soft soil, contour trimming, and spray dust removal, making it an optimal choice for construction in blast-restricted zones such as airports, residential areas, and wildlife reserves. The machine's flexibility ensures it meets the diverse construction needs across various rock types, significantly reducing over- and under-excavation and mitigating risks like landslides.
