It ensures the installation of arch frames during a single excavation of a double-track tunnel without requiring machine relocation. The vehicle boasts an engineering chassis, dual diesel-electric power systems, and a two-way driving platform structure, all contributing to its superior driving performance and adaptability to complex tunnel road conditions. The arm frame can be controlled wirelessly or manually, allowing precise and effortless handling of the robotic arm. This results in a machine that is not only fast and efficient but also energy-saving and safe.

Expandable Hanging Basket: Equipped with an expandable hanging basket, the equipment offers a spacious operating area suitable for installing explosives and anchor rods.
High Efficiency: Featuring a three-arm, three-gripper, and three-basket structure, the equipment achieves maximum lifting capabilities of up to 3 tons with the middle arm. It supports various construction methods such as full-section, two-benching, and three-benching, and can be set up in approximately one hour.
Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Utilizing our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding techniques, arch frames are produced externally to the tunnel, reducing the time spent on hazardous surfaces and significantly enhancing construction safety and efficiency.
Fewer Operating Personnel: The entire construction operation can be efficiently completed by a team of just 3-4 people, as opposed to the traditional requirement of 8 or more.
