The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is an advanced piece of equipment designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. Utilizing a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer, this machine efficiently breaks rocks. It features bucket teeth or drill rods to wedge rocks within the surrounding area, leveraging gravity from the free face to facilitate rock penetration. High-frequency hammers are ideal for rocks below 40MPa, while breaker hammers tackle harder rocks with poor development. The equipment includes both local control and wireless remote control, adaptable for tunnel excavation widths of 6 to 9.5 meters. With capabilities for high-frequency rock breaking, rapid excavation of soft soil, contour trimming, and spray dust removal, it is perfectly suitable for construction in areas with blasting restrictions, such as airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves. The LDJ400 offers exceptional flexibility, meeting diverse construction needs across various rock types, reducing over- and under-excavation, and preventing landslides and related complications.
Comprehensive excavation efficiency for grade IV and V surrounding rocks reaches up to 50m³/h;
Equipped with a dust removal spray system, the machine effectively controls dust, ensuring a safe construction environment;
Featuring a patented three-toothed or two-toothed base combined with a high-frequency breaker hammer, it achieves rapid rock breaking with strong impact;
