The CYTJ45 mining hydraulic tunneling rock drilling trolley is a four-wheel drive rock drilling system with a telescopic boom, which meets the requirements of mine roadway tunneling construction. The entire machine boasts functions including remote control operation, electric construction, and diesel driving and emergency response, offering convenient operation, a compact layout and convenient maintenance.
The tunneling and rock drilling operations are conducted via a remote control, which makes it easier for the operator to observe the operation and meet the close visual angle.
The entire vehicle has small overall dimensions and a short wheelbase, enabling a good product maneuverability.
It incorporates the remote monitoring program functionality, supports remote updating and monitoring program. Additionally, it features GPS positioning capabilities and MQTT data receiving and transmitting functionalities. It enables data interaction for the Internet of Things; it has the drilling depth detection functionality, which enables the operator to grasp the drilling data in real time. It supports monitoring flow and pressure of the water pump functionalities, which effectively protect the water pump and prevent the drill from jamming. The boom action is equipped with the limiting functionwhich enhances operational safety. It also has the electric control anti-jamming functionality.
