The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is a state-of-the-art equipment designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. Utilizing advanced high-frequency hammers or breaker hammers, this machine effectively breaks rocks, while innovative bucket teeth or drill rods wedge the rock, allowing gravity to facilitate the breaking process. (High-frequency hammers are optimal for rocks below 40MPa, whereas breaker hammers are ideal for harder, less developed rocks.) The machine offers both local and wireless remote control capabilities and is adaptable for tunnel excavation ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. Its multifunctionality includes high-frequency rock breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, precise contour trimming, and efficient spray dust removal. This versatility makes it perfect for construction in areas with blasting restrictions, such as airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves. Highly adaptable, the LDJ400 meets diverse construction requirements, minimizes over- and under-excavation, and enhances safety by preventing landslides and other common issues.

Excavation Efficiency: Achieves comprehensive excavation efficiency for grade IV and V surrounding rocks at a rate of up to 50m³/h.

Minimal Disturbance to Surrounding Rock: Our non-explosive excavation method ensures minimal disturbance to the surrounding rock, maintaining structural integrity.

Precision in Over- and Under-Excavation: The entire machine's movements are meticulously controlled, allowing for precision in over- and under-excavation to within 20 centimeters.

Efficient Dust Removal: Equipped with an advanced dust removal spray system, the machine effectively controls dust, ensuring a safe and clean construction environment.

High-frequency Rock Breaking: Utilizes a patented three-toothed or two-toothed base combined with a high-frequency breaker hammer, ensuring fast and powerful rock breaking.

Advanced Remote Control: All machine movements are managed via remote control, offering ease and convenience. Operators can adjust their positions for optimal control and functionality.

Diesel-Electric Dual Power System: Supports both diesel-powered emergency and electric construction modes. This dual system minimizes construction costs and prevents exhaust gas pollution, keeping heat accumulation low during operations.

Efficient Slag Discharge: Certain models come with slag collecting and discharging devices, boasting a slag discharge capacity of up to 180m³/h. This feature meets the rapid slag discharge needs of small-section equipment without site departure.
