The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is an advanced and specialized equipment designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. It primarily utilizes a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer to fracture rocks, employing bucket teeth or drill rods to wedge into the surrounding rock. The gravity of the free face under the surrounding rock further assists in breaking through it. High-frequency hammers are ideal for rocks below 40MPa, while breaker hammers are used for harder rocks with poor development. This state-of-the-art machine boasts local control and wireless remote control capabilities, making it adaptable to tunnel excavations spanning 6 to 9.5 meters. Combining functionalities such as high-frequency rock breaking, swift soft soil excavation, contour trimming, and spray dust removal, it is perfectly suited for construction in blasting-restricted areas like airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves. Exceptionally flexible, it meets the diverse construction requirements of various surrounding rocks, ensuring minimal over-excavation, under-excavation, and preventing landslides and other complications.
