Its diesel-electric dual power system ensures reliable electric construction while providing diesel-powered emergency backup. The three-arm remote control is meticulously designed to facilitate the installation of prefabricated arch frames, accommodate various benching methods, and enable precise positioning adjustments. Additionally, it supports under-excavation and welding operations, bringing unparalleled flexibility to tunnel construction.
Functional integration: The intelligent integrated arch anchor trolley masterfully combines multiple processes into a single, efficient workflow. This includes measuring and placing points, under-excavation operations, arch frame installation, advance support, system anchor construction, optional anchor grouting, and anchor net installation.
Equipment digitization (Optional): Enhanced by optional digital features, the equipment offers cluster management, positioning, video surveillance, walkie-talkie functionality, pre-alarm functions, comprehensive data management, tunnel BIM technology, digital twin, and detailed construction reports.

High efficiency: Boasting a three-arm, three-gripper, two-basket structure, the LGM312U can achieve a maximum lifting force of 2 tons with its middle arm. The entire construction process is streamlined, completing in approximately one hour.
Installation of prefabricated arch frames: Our patented techniques, including multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding arch frame installation, allow arch frames to be produced externally. This approach minimizes work on hazardous surfaces, mitigates safety risks, and significantly boosts efficiency.
Single anchor system: This robust system reaches a maximum drilling depth of 4.5m. The middle arm frames are adept at feet locking, system anchoring, and advance anchoring tasks.
Expandable hanging basket: Equipped with an expandable hanging basket, the machine provides ample operating space suitable for the installation of explosives and anchor rods.
Optional grouting function: An optional grouting system is available, facilitating quick grouting operations post-anchor installation.
