The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is a specialized piece of equipment designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. Utilizing either a high-frequency hammer or a breaker hammer, this machine efficiently fragments rocks and wedges them apart, making use of gravity to facilitate automatic breakthroughs. For rocks below 40MPa, high-frequency hammers are primarily used, while breaker hammers tackle more robust, harder rocks. The equipment supports both local control and wireless remote control, capable of adapting to tunnel excavations ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. Boasting features such as high-frequency rock breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, contour trimming, and spray dust removal, it is ideal for construction in sensitive areas where blasting is prohibited, such as airports, residential neighborhoods, and wildlife reserves. Exceptionally versatile, it accommodates various surrounding rock types, minimizing over- and under-excavation, and preventing landslides and other potential hazards.
Excavation Efficiency: Optimal excavation efficiency for grade IV and V surrounding rocks, reaching up to 50m³/h.
Minimal Disturbance to Surrounding Rock: The non-explosive excavation method ensures minimal disturbance to the surrounding rock formations.
Precise Over- and Under-Excavation Control: The machine's movements are meticulously controlled, allowing over- and under-excavation of the contour surface within 20 centimeters.
Spray Dust Removal: Equipped with a dust removal spray system, the machine effectively controls dust, ensuring a safe and clean construction environment.
High-Frequency Rock Breaking: Featuring a patented three-toothed or two-toothed base with a high-frequency breaker hammer, the machine ensures rapid rock breaking and strong impact.
Remote Control: All machine movements are managed remotely, allowing for easy and convenient operation. Operators can adjust positions flexibly for optimal convenience.
Diesel-Electric Dual Power System: With both diesel-powered emergency and electric construction capabilities, this system minimizes construction costs. It emits no exhaust gases, preventing air pollution in the tunnel and keeping heat accumulation to a minimum.
Efficient Slag Discharge: Certain models are equipped with slag collecting and discharging devices, offering a slag discharge capacity of 180m³/h. This meets the rapid slag discharging needs of small-section equipment without requiring site departure.
