The LDJ400 The series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is an advanced and specialized equipment designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. It employs a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer to fracture rocks, while bucket teeth or drill rods wedge the surrounding rock, leveraging gravity to facilitate automatic rock breakthrough. The high-frequency hammers are ideal for rocks with hardness below 40MPa, whereas breaker hammers handle rocks of higher hardness. This sophisticated machine offers local control and wireless remote control, adaptable for tunnel excavations ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. It integrates high-frequency rock breaking, swift soft soil excavation, contour trimming, and spray dust removal, making it perfect for construction in blast-restricted areas like airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves. Its flexibility meets diverse construction needs, reducing over- and under-excavation, and preventing landslides and similar issues.
Excavation Efficiency: Achieves comprehensive excavation efficiency of up to 50m³/h for grade IV and V surrounding rocks.
Minimal Disturbance to Surrounding Rock: Employs a non-explosive excavation method that minimally disturbs the surrounding rock.
Precise Excavation Control: Enables accurate control of machine movement, with over- and under-excavation of the contour surface managed within 20 centimeters.
Spray Dust Removal: Equipped with an efficient dust removal spray system, ensuring a safe and clean construction environment.
High-frequency Rock Breaking: Utilizes patented three-toothed or two-toothed bases and a high-frequency breaker hammer for rapid rock breaking and strong impact.

Diesel-electric Dual Power System: Supports diesel-powered emergency transmission and electric construction, reducing costs and minimizing exhaust and heat accumulation within tunnels.
Efficient Slag Discharge: Certain models feature slag collecting and discharging devices with a capacity of 180m³/h, catering to the rapid slag discharge needs of small-section equipment without site evacuation.
