The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is an advanced piece of equipment designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. Featuring high-frequency hammers and breaker hammers, this machine efficiently breaks through rocks using bucket teeth or drill rods. The machine leverages surrounding rock gravity to automatically penetrate rock formations (high-frequency hammers are ideal for rocks up to 40MPa; breaker hammers are suitable for harder rocks). Equipped with local control and wireless remote control, it is adaptable for tunnel excavation between 6 to 9.5 meters wide. It combines high-frequency rock breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, contour trimming, spray dust removal, and more. Perfect for construction in zones where blasting is restricted, such as airports, residential areas, and wildlife reserves, this machine is highly flexible, meeting diverse construction requirements while reducing excavation errors and preventing landslides.
Excavation Efficiency: Boasting a comprehensive excavation efficiency of up to 50m³/h for grade IV and V surrounding rocks;
Slight Turbulence to Surrounding Rock: The non-explosive excavation method minimizes disturbance to the surrounding rock formations;
Precise Over- and Under-Excavation Control: Accurate control of the entire machine allows for over- and under-excavation within 20 centimeters of the contour surface;
Spray Dust Removal: Equipped with an efficient dust removal spray system, it effectively controls dust, ensuring a safer construction environment;
High-Frequency Rock Breaking: Utilizes a patented three-toothed base or two-toothed base coupled with a high-frequency breaker hammer for rapid rock breaking and strong impact;
Remote Control: All machine movements are controlled remotely, making operation straightforward. The operator can easily adjust the machine's position for optimal convenience;
Diesel-Electric Dual Power System: Supports diesel-powered emergency and transmission functions alongside electric construction, minimizing costs. This dual system prevents exhaust gas pollution and limits heat accumulation within the tunnel during construction;
Efficient Slag Discharge: Certain models come with slag collecting and discharging devices, boasting a capacity of 180m³/h. This meets the rapid slag discharge needs of small-section equipment without requiring site exit.
