High efficiency: Featuring a sophisticated structure of three arms, three grippers, and three baskets, the middle arm can lift up to 3 tons. The entire construction process is streamlined to take about one hour, enhancing overall productivity.
Installation of prefabricated arch frames: Leveraging our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding techniques, the arch frames are produced outside the tunnel. This significantly reduces on-site working time on hazardous surfaces, minimizes construction safety risks, and boosts overall efficiency.
Dual anchor system: The system excels with a maximum drilling depth of 4.5m, enabling the left and right arm frames to perform feet locking, system anchoring, and advance anchoring operations simultaneously.
Rotating deployable hanging basket: Equipped with a rotating hanging basket, the equipment offers expansive operating space designed for installing explosives and anchor rods efficiently.
Optional grouting function: With its optional grouting system, the equipment facilitates swift grouting operations post-anchor installation, optimizing workflow.
Less operating personnel: The entire construction can be proficiently handled by just 3-4 individuals, in contrast to traditional methods that require 8 or more workers.
