High efficiency: The innovative three-arm, three-gripper, and three-basket design ensures maximum efficiency. The middle arm can lift up to 3 tons, completing the entire construction process in approximately one hour.
Installation of prefabricated arch frames: Utilizing our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding arch frame techniques, the arch frames are manufactured outside the tunnel. This significantly reduces working time on hazardous surfaces, minimizes construction safety risks, and substantially boosts overall efficiency.
Dual anchor system: Designed for maximum performance, the dual anchor system features a drilling depth of up to 4.5m. The left and right arm frames can simultaneously execute feet locking, system anchoring, and advanced anchoring tasks.
Rotating deployable hanging basket: The trolley is equipped with a rotating hanging basket, offering a spacious operating area ideal for installing explosives and anchor rods.
Optional grouting function: For enhanced operational capability, the equipment includes an optional grouting system designed for rapid grouting operations post-anchor installation.
