The LGM312N Our state-of-the-art Intelligent Integrated Arch Anchor Trolley, the LGM312N, is designed for superior performance in challenging environments. Utilizing an advanced engineering chassis, it boasts a dual anchor system, four-wheel steering, four-wheel drive, and bi-directional driving capabilities. Powered by a dual diesel-electric system, it ensures seamless electric construction and reliable diesel-powered emergency operations. The three-arm remote control enables precise prefabricated arch frame installation, versatile benching methods, and meticulous positioning adjustments. Its arch frame is adept at managing under-excavation, welding operations during installations, and offers exceptional flexibility within tunnel environments.

Functional Integration: The Intelligent Integrated Arch Anchor Trolley seamlessly merges multiple processes, including precise measuring and point placement, under-excavation, arch frame installation, anchor net installation, advanced support, system anchor construction, anchor grouting (optional), and more.

Equipment Digitization (Optional): Includes cluster management, positioning function, video surveillance, walkie-talkie function, pre/alarm function, data management, tunnel BIM technology, digital twin, construction report management, tunnel contour scanning, remote control, and additional features.

High Efficiency: Equipped with a three-arm, three-gripper, and three-basket configuration. The middle arm can lift up to 3 tons, and the complete construction process is accomplished in approximately one hour.

Prefabricated Arch Frames Installation: Utilizing our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding arch frame techniques, arch frames are produced externally to the tunnel. This methodology significantly reduces work time on hazardous surfaces, minimizes construction safety risks, and enhances overall efficiency.

Dual Anchor System: Achieves a maximum drilling depth of 4.5 meters, with the left and right arm frames capable of performing feet locking, system anchoring, and advanced anchoring simultaneously.

Rotating Deployable Hanging Basket: Equipped with a spacious rotating hanging basket, ideal for installing explosives and anchor rods efficiently.

Optional Grouting Function: Features an optional grouting system, expediting grouting operations post-anchor installation.

Reduced Workforce Requirement: The construction process is streamlined to require only 3-4 personnel, compared to the 8 or more needed for traditional operations.

Auxiliary Function Integration: Includes a breaker hammer and welding machine, enabling under-excavation processing and welding operations during arch installation.
