It handles everything from measuring and point placement to under-excavation, arch frame and anchor net installation, advance support, system anchor construction, and even optional anchor grouting.
Equipment Digitization (Optional): This advanced equipment offers optional digitization features, including cluster management, precise positioning, comprehensive video surveillance, walkie-talkie communication, pre-alarm functionalities, extensive data management, integration of tunnel BIM technology and digital twin, and detailed construction reporting.
Additionally, it includes tunnel contour scanning, remote control capabilities, and many other advanced technological functions.
High Efficiency: Engineered with a three-arm, three-gripper, and three-basket structure, the LGM312N achieves remarkable efficiency. The middle arm boasts a lifting force of up to 3 tons, reducing the total construction time to approximately one hour.
Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Sichuan Lanhai's patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding techniques allow for the production of arch frames outside the tunnel. This innovation not only shortens the time spent on hazardous surfaces but also significantly enhances construction safety and overall efficiency.
Dual Anchor System: Featuring a maximum drilling depth of 4.5 meters, the left and right arm frames are adept at performing feet locking, system anchoring, and advance anchoring operations in unison.
Rotating Deployable Hanging Basket: Equipped with a spacious rotating hanging basket, this apparatus provides ample room for installing explosives and anchor rods, further streamlining operations.
