The innovative three-arm remote control is designed to meet the precise requirements for prefabricated arch frame installation, various benching methods, and precise positioning adjustments. Additionally, the arch frame is adept at managing under-excavation and welding tasks, offering unmatched flexibility in tunnel operations.
Functional Integration: The intelligent integrated arch anchor trolley seamlessly consolidates multiple processes into one cohesive operation. These processes include measuring and point placement, under-excavation operations, arch frame installation, anchor net installation, advance support, system anchor construction, optional anchor grouting, and more.
Equipment Digitization (Optional): The system offers cutting-edge features such as cluster management, precise positioning functions, video surveillance, walkie-talkie communication, pre/alarm functionalities, comprehensive data management, tunnel BIM technology, digital twin integration, and detailed construction reporting.
Additional functionalities include tunnel contour scanning and remote control operations.
High Efficiency: Designed with a three-arm, three-gripper, and three-basket structure, the trolley boasts a middle arm with a maximum lifting force of 3 tons. This design ensures that the entire construction process is completed in approximately one hour, significantly enhancing productivity.
Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Leveraging our company's patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding techniques, arch frames are produced outside the tunnel. This approach minimizes the time spent on hazardous surfaces, reduces construction safety risks, and markedly improves overall efficiency.
Dual Anchor System: The system features an impressive maximum drilling depth of 4.5m. Both the left and right arm frames are capable of performing feet locking, system anchoring, and advance anchoring operations simultaneously.
Rotating Deployable Hanging Basket: Equipped with a versatile rotating hanging basket, the system provides an expansive operating space ideal for installing explosives and anchor rods.
Optional Grouting Function: An optional grouting system is available, enabling rapid grouting operations following anchor installation.
Reduced Operating Personnel: This highly efficient system allows the entire construction operation to be completed by only 3-4 people, compared to the 8 or more required for traditional methods.
