The LG312M The intelligent LG312M Integrated Arch Frame Trolley masterfully combines multiple complex processes into one seamless operation. It incorporates measuring and placing points, under-excavation operations, arch frame installation, welding mesh, and connecting ribs-all without moving the machine during the single excavation of a double-track tunnel. The system is designed on a robust engineering chassis and boasts a diesel-electric dual power system with a two-way driving platform structure, ensuring excellent adaptability to intricate tunnel road conditions. Its arm frame can be controlled via wireless remote or manual operations, offering simplified and accurate maneuverability. Equipment digitization (Optional): The digitization suite includes advanced features like cluster management, positioning function, video surveillance, walkie-talkie capability, pre/alarm function, data management, tunnel BIM technology and digital twin, construction report management, tunnel contour scanning, remote control, and other high-tech functionalities.
Expandable Hanging Basket: Our equipment is furnished with an expandable hanging basket, providing a spacious operating area ideal for installing explosives and anchor rods.
High Efficiency: This remarkable equipment features a three-arm, three-gripper, and three-basket structure. The central arm can lift up to 3 tons. It supports a variety of construction methods, including full-section, two-benching, and three-benching. Moreover, the entire setup can be completed in approximately one hour.
Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Utilizing our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding techniques, the arch frames are prebuilt outside the tunnel. This significantly reduces the time spent on hazardous surfaces, minimizes construction safety risks, and substantially enhances overall efficiency.
Less Operating Personnel: The entire construction process can be efficiently managed by just 3-4 people, compared to traditional methods that require 8 or more personnel.
Auxiliary Function Integration: The equipment is equipped with an integrated breaker hammer and welding machine, facilitating under-excavation processing and welding operations during the arch installation.
