This cutting-edge solution ensures that the installation of arch frames during a one-time excavation of a double-track tunnel is accomplished without the need to reposition the machine. Featuring an engineering chassis, diesel-electric dual power systems, and a two-way driving platform, the LG312M boasts exceptional driving performance, adeptly navigating an array of complex tunnel road conditions. The arm frame, operable via wireless remote control and manual control, allows for precise and effortless manipulation of the robotic arm. Embodying efficiency, speed, energy conservation, and safety, this machinery stands out in the industry.

Equipment Digitization (Optional): This innovative equipment offers optional digital functionalities including cluster management, precise positioning, video surveillance, walkie-talkie communication, pre/alarm systems, data management, tunnel Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, digital twin capabilities, construction report management, tunnel contour scanning, remote control, and more.

Expandable Hanging Basket: Equipped with an expandable hanging basket, this machinery provides an extensive operating space, accommodating the installation of explosives and anchor rods with ease.

High Efficiency: With its three-arm, three-gripper, and three-basket structure, this equipment stands out in efficiency. The middle arm's lifting capacity reaches up to 3 tons, supporting various construction methodologies including full-section, two-benching, and three-benching. The entire setup process can be completed within approximately an hour.

Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: By leveraging our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and multi-frame prefabricated folding arch frame installation techniques, the arch frames are produced outside the tunnel. This innovative approach significantly reduces the time required on dangerous surfaces, minimizing construction safety risks, and dramatically enhancing overall efficiency.

Less Operating Personnel: This state-of-the-art machinery enables the entire construction operation to be executed by merely 3-4 personnel, a stark contrast to traditional methods which demand 8 or more operators.
