High Efficiency: Featuring a three-arm, three-gripper, and three-basket structure, the LG312M boasts a maximum lifting force of 3 tons for the middle arm. It supports various construction methods such as full-section, two-benching, and three-benching, allowing the entire setup to be completed in approximately one hour.
Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Using our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding arch frame installation techniques, the arch frames are produced outside the tunnel. This innovative approach significantly reduces time spent on hazardous surfaces, minimizes safety risks, and greatly enhances overall construction efficiency.
