The LG312M The intelligent integrated arch frame trolley, LG312M, masterfully integrates multiple sophisticated processes such as measuring and point placement, under-excavation, arch frame installation, welding mesh, and rib connections. This remarkable system enables the installation of arch frames during a single double-track tunnel excavation without needing to move the machine. Built on a robust engineering chassis, it features a diesel-electric dual power system and a two-way driving platform, ensuring exceptional driving performance across various complex tunnel conditions. The arm frame operates via wireless remote and manual control, allowing precise, effortless control of the robotic arm, delivering unmatched speed, efficiency, energy savings, and safety.

Equipment Digitization (Optional): Our advanced digitization features offer cluster management, positioning function, video surveillance, walkie-talkie, pre/alarm, data management, tunnel BIM technology, digital twin, construction report management, tunnel contour scanning, remote control, and more.

Expandable Hanging Basket: The equipment includes an expandable hanging basket, providing a spacious operating area for installing explosives and anchor rods.

High Efficiency: Designed with a three-arm, three-gripper, and three-basket structure, the LG312M can lift up to 3 tons with its central arm. It supports various construction methods, including full-section, two-benching, and three-benching, with entire equipment setup achievable in around an hour.

Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Utilizing our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding arch frame installation techniques, arch frames are produced outside the tunnel. This significantly reduces work time on hazardous surfaces, enhances construction safety, and boosts overall efficiency.

Less Operating Personnel: Our streamlined construction process can be executed by just 3-4 people, compared to the traditional requirement of 8 or more.

Auxiliary Function Integration: Equipped with a breaker hammer and welding machine, the LG312M can perform under-excavation processing and welding operations seamlessly alongside arch installation.

Small Overall Size: The vehicle's lightweight and compact design makes it highly adaptable to small-section construction conditions.
