The LGM312N The intelligent integrated arch anchor trolley boasts a state-of-the-art engineering chassis and dual anchor system. With features like four-wheel steering, four-wheel drive, and bi-directional operation, this machine is designed for superior agility and performance. Its diesel-electric dual power system ensures seamless electric construction and diesel-powered emergency operations. The advanced three-arm remote control meets the demands of prefabricated arch frame installation, various benching methods, and precise positioning adjustments. This versatile arch frame can handle under-excavation and welding during installation while maintaining exceptional flexibility within the tunnel.

Functional Integration: The intelligent integrated arch anchor trolley masterfully merges multiple processes into one streamlined operation. This includes point measurement and placement, under-excavation tasks, arch frame installation, anchor net installation, advance support, system anchor construction, and optional anchor grouting, among many other capabilities.

Equipment Digitization (Optional): The system offers advanced features such as cluster management, precise positioning, video surveillance, walkie-talkie functionality, pre-alarm and alarm notifications, comprehensive data management, integration with tunnel BIM technology and digital twin, and detailed construction reporting.
Additional functionalities include tunnel contour scanning, remote control operations, and much more.

High Efficiency: Designed with a three-arm, three-gripper, and three-basket structure, the equipment offers a massive lifting force of up to 3 tons via the middle arm. The entire construction process is remarkably swift, taking approximately one hour.

Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Utilizing our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding arch frame installation techniques, the arch frames are produced outside the tunnel. This innovation minimizes the time required for working on hazardous surfaces, significantly enhancing construction safety and overall efficiency.

Dual Anchor System: With a maximum drilling depth of 4.5m, the left and right arm frames can simultaneously perform feet locking, system anchoring, and advance anchoring operations.

Rotating Deployable Hanging Basket: Equipped with a spacious rotating hanging basket, this feature provides ample operating space for the installation of explosives and anchor rods.

Optional Grouting Function: The addition of an optional grouting system enables rapid grouting operations post-anchor installation, enhancing construction efficiency and stability.

Reduced Personnel Requirement: The entire construction operation can be efficiently managed by a team of just 3-4 individuals, compared to the traditional requirement of 8 or more.

Auxiliary Function Integration: The equipment includes a breaker hammer and welding machine, facilitating under-excavation processing and welding tasks during arch installation, streamlining operations significantly.
