The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is an advanced, specialized equipment designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. Utilizing a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer, it breaks through surrounding rocks with precision. High-frequency hammers are ideal for rocks below 40MPa, while breaker hammers tackle harder, less developed rocks. This machine features combined local control and wireless remote control, making it adaptable to tunnel excavations ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. Key functionalities include high-frequency rock breaking, rapid excavation of soft soils, contour trimming, and spray dust removal. Perfect for construction in areas where blasting is restricted, such as airports, residential areas, and wildlife reserves. Its flexibility ensures it meets various construction needs, reducing over- and under-excavation, and preventing landslides and similar issues.
Excavation Efficiency: Achieves comprehensive excavation efficiency for grade IV and V surrounding rocks, reaching up to 50m³/h.
Minimal Disturbance to Surrounding Rock: The non-explosive excavation method minimizes disturbance to the surrounding rock.
Precise Over- and Under-Excavation Control: Machine movements are precisely controlled, with contour surface over- and under-excavation kept within 20 centimeters.
Spray Dust Removal: Equipped with an effective dust removal spray system, ensuring a safe and clean construction environment.
High-Frequency Rock Breaking: Features patented three-toothed or two-toothed bases combined with a high-frequency breaker hammer for rapid and powerful rock breaking.

Diesel-Electric Dual Power System: Supports both diesel-powered emergency and electric-powered construction, minimizing costs while preventing tunnel air pollution and heat buildup.
Efficient Slag Discharge: Some models are equipped with slag collection and discharge devices, boasting a slag discharge capacity of 180m³/h to meet the rapid slag removal needs of small-section equipment.
