The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is a premier, highly specialized piece of equipment designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. At the heart of this technology are high-frequency hammers or breaker hammers that crush rocks, while bucket teeth or drill rods effectively wedge the rock. Utilizing the gravity of the surrounding rock's free face, it automatically breaks through the toughest materials. The high-frequency hammers excel with rocks up to 40MPa, whereas breaker hammers tackle higher hardness rocks. Featuring both local and wireless remote control capabilities, this machine adapts seamlessly to tunnel excavations ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. Its multifunctionality encompasses high-frequency rock breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, precise contour trimming, and spray dust removal, making it indispensable for construction in areas with blasting restrictions like airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves. Its flexibility ensures it can handle various types of surrounding rocks, significantly reducing over- and under-excavation, and preventing landslides and related issues.
Comprehensive excavation efficiency for grade IV and V surrounding rocks can reach up to an impressive 50m³/h.
Equipped with an advanced dust removal spray system, the machine effectively controls dust, ensuring a safe and clean construction environment.
Employing a patented three-toothed or two-toothed base coupled with a high-frequency breaker hammer, the machine achieves rapid rock breaking with powerful impact.
