With this machine, the arch frames for a double-track tunnel can be installed in one go without the need for repositioning. Engineered with a robust chassis, it boasts a dual diesel-electric power system and a bi-directional driving platform, ensuring it navigates complex tunnel pathways with ease. The arm frame, operated via wireless remote or manual control, allows for precise and effortless maneuvering. This state-of-the-art machine is designed for fast, efficient, energy-saving, and safe operations.

Equipment Digitization (Optional): Our advanced digitization options include cluster management, precise positioning, video surveillance, walkie-talkie communication, pre-alarm functionalities, comprehensive data management, tunnel BIM technology, digital twin integration, detailed construction report management, tunnel contour scanning, and remote control capabilities.

Expandable Hanging Basket: Equipped with an expandable hanging basket, this machine offers a significantly larger operating space, perfect for the installation of explosives and anchor rods, enhancing both safety and efficiency.

High Efficiency: Designed with a three-arm, three-gripper, and three-basket structure, the LG312M boasts a maximum lifting force of 3 tons with its middle arm. It supports various construction methods, including full-section, two-benching, and three-benching, and can be fully set up in approximately one hour.

Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Utilizing our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding techniques, our arch frames are produced outside the tunnel. This innovation significantly reduces time spent on hazardous surfaces and enhances construction safety, all while boosting overall efficiency.

Reduced Operating Personnel: This advanced machinery can complete the entire construction operation with just 3-4 personnel, a stark contrast to the 8 or more required for traditional methods.

Auxiliary Function Integration: The LG312M comes equipped with a breaker hammer and welding machine, facilitating under-excavation processing and welding operations during arch installation.
