The LGM312N The intelligent integrated arch anchor trolley adopts an engineering chassis and is equipped with a dual anchor system. The machine features four-wheel steering, four-wheel drive, two-way driving, and other functions. Its diesel-electric dual power system supports electric construction and diesel-powered emergency operations. The three-arm remote control can meet the requirements for prefabricated arch frame installation, operation of various benching methods, and precise positioning adjustment of the arch frame. The arch frame can handle under-excavation and welding operations during installation, and the tunnel itself is very flexible.

Functional integration: The intelligent integrated arch anchor trolley combines multiple processes into one, including measuring and placing points, under-excavation operations, arch frame installation, anchor net installation, advance support, system anchor construction, anchor grouting (optional), and many more.

High efficiency: Featuring a robust three-arm, three-gripper, and three-basket structure, the middle arm boasts a maximum lifting force of 3 tons. This allows the entire construction process to be completed in about an hour.

Installation of prefabricated arch frames: Our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and multi-frame prefabricated folding arch frame installation techniques enable the production of arch frames outside the tunnel. This significantly reduces the required working time on hazardous surfaces, minimizes construction safety risks, and greatly enhances overall efficiency.

Dual anchor system: The maximum drilling depth reaches an impressive 4.5m. The left and right arm frames are capable of performing feet locking, system anchoring, and advance anchoring operations simultaneously.

Rotating deployable hanging basket: Equipped with a versatile rotating hanging basket, this feature provides a larger operating space ideal for installing explosives and anchor rods.

Optional grouting function: The optional grouting system allows for rapid grouting operations following anchor installation.

Reduced manpower requirements: This innovative system allows the entire construction operation to be efficiently handled by just 3-4 people, compared to the 8 or more required for traditional methods.
