This sophisticated machinery ingeniously combines steel arch frame installation, welding mesh, connecting ribs, and excavation surface measurement into one seamless operation. Mounted on a versatile vehicle chassis, it ensures flexible movement, transitions, and emergency responsiveness, effectively delivering reliable and efficient performance in any setting. All three booms are remotely operable, with manual control options for the left and right booms from the hanging basket, significantly lowering labor costs and construction risks, while enhancing efficiency and enabling the standardization and factory-level manufacturing of tunnel vertical arches.

Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Employing our company's patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly installation techniques (A Multiple Prefabricated Arch Frame - Patent No. ZL20222537953.5), the arch frames are produced outside the tunnel. This significantly reduces the time required on perilous surfaces, enhancing construction safety and boosting overall efficiency.
Less Operating Personnel: The entire construction operation can be efficiently completed by just three individuals, a substantial reduction from the traditional requirement of eight or more personnel.
