Its diesel-electric dual power system ensures seamless transitions between electric construction and emergency diesel operations. The advanced three-arm remote control is designed to meet the demands of prefabricated arch frame installation, various benching methods, and precise positioning adjustments. The arch frame excels in under-excavation and welding operations, offering exceptional flexibility for tunnel construction.
Functional integration: The intelligent integrated arch anchor trolley brilliantly consolidates multiple processes into one streamlined operation. This includes measuring and placing points, under-excavation tasks, arch frame installation, anchor net setup, advance support, system anchor construction, and optional anchor grouting, among many other functionalities.
Equipment digitization (Optional): Our equipment can be digitally optimized with features such as cluster management, precise positioning, video surveillance, walkie-talkie communication, pre/alarm functionalities, comprehensive data management, tunnel BIM technology, digital twin modeling, and detailed construction reporting.
Additionally, it supports tunnel contour scanning, remote control, and an array of other advanced functionalities.
High efficiency: Featuring a three-arm, three-gripper, and three-basket structure, the LGM312N offers unparalleled efficiency. The middle arm can lift up to 3 tons, and the entire construction process can be completed in approximately one hour.
Installation of prefabricated arch frames: Our proprietary multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding arch frame installation techniques allow for the production of arch frames outside the tunnel. This innovation significantly minimizes the time spent on hazardous surfaces and drastically reduces construction safety risks, thus enhancing overall efficiency.
Dual anchor system: With a maximum drilling depth of 4.5m, the left and right arm frames are capable of concurrent feet locking, system anchoring, and advance anchoring operations.
Rotating deployable hanging basket: The rotating hanging basket is ingeniously designed to offer a larger operating space, perfect for the installation of explosives and anchor rods.
Optional grouting function: The optional grouting system allows for swift grouting operations immediately after anchor installation, enhancing operational efficiency.
Less operating personnel: The entire construction operation can be efficiently managed by just 3-4 people, significantly reducing the manpower required compared to traditional methods, which require 8 or more personnel.
Auxiliary function integration: Equipped with a breaker hammer and welding machine, the trolley can effortlessly perform under-excavation processing and welding operations during arch installation.
