The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is a specialized marvel engineered for non-explosive tunnel excavation. This advanced equipment employs either a high-frequency hammer or a breaker hammer for rock fragmentation. Utilizing bucket teeth or drill rods, it wedges rocks in the surrounding rock formation, leveraging the gravity of the free face to automatically break through. High-frequency hammers are ideal for rocks below 40MPa, while breaker hammers are designed for harder, less developed rocks. The LDJ400 features local and wireless remote control, adapting seamlessly to tunnel excavations ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. It integrates high-frequency rock breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, contour trimming, and spray dust removal functionalities. This versatility makes it perfect for constructions in blast-restricted zones such as airports, residential areas, and wildlife reserves. Its flexibility caters to varied rock types, minimizing over- and under-excavation, and effectively preventing landslides and related issues.
Excavation Efficiency: Achieves a comprehensive excavation efficiency for grade IV and V surrounding rocks up to an impressive 50m³/h.
Minimal Disturbance to Surrounding Rock: The non-explosive excavation method ensures minimal disturbance to the surrounding rock formations.
Precise Over- and Under-Excavation Control: The entire machine's movements are precisely managed, ensuring over- and under-excavation of the contour surface is controlled within 20 centimeters.
Spray Dust Removal: Equipped with an efficient dust removal spray system, the machine effectively controls dust, ensuring a safe and clean construction environment.
High-Frequency Rock Breaking: Utilizes a patented three-toothed or two-toothed base alongside a high-frequency breaker hammer for rapid rock breaking and strong impact.
Remote Control: All machine movements are remotely controlled, simplifying operation and allowing the operator to adjust positions conveniently for enhanced ease of use.
Diesel-Electric Dual Power System: Supports diesel-powered emergency and transmission alongside electric construction, reducing costs and eliminating exhaust gas pollution in tunnels. Heat accumulation during construction is also minimized.
Efficient Slag Discharge: Some models come with slag collecting and discharging devices, boasting a discharge capacity of 180m³/h. This meets the requirements for rapid slag removal in small-section equipment without site departure.
