The CYTJ45S Our mining hydraulic tunneling drill, the CYTJ45S, is engineered to excel in challenging tunneling operations within metal mines, hydropower underground roadways, culverts, and more. Specially designed for tasks like blasting holes, drilling anchor holes, and other operations in narrow roadways, it boasts a four-wheel drive articulated chassis and a state-of-the-art hydraulic rock drilling system. This advanced mechanism ensures rapid rock drilling speeds and outstanding operational efficiency. Compact and flexible, this machine is ideal for tight spaces, offering a maximum coverage area of 24 m². Operable via remote control, it includes a three-level anti-jamming drill function and a double-triangular omnibearing parallel retractable drill arm for quick and precise positioning.
Maximum operation range: Our drill can navigate sections as small as 2m × 2m and is perfectly suited for roadway excavation in sections ranging from 2.2m × 2.2m to 5m × 5.2m.
Wide range of application: Engineered for versatility, it handles hard rock tunneling operations within sections measuring 4-24 m². Capable of drilling vertical, inclined, and horizontal blast holes, it excels in small roadway applications.
Convenient operation: Remote-controlled rock drilling enhances operator visibility and control. The double-triangular omnibearing parallel retractable arm design ensures quick and accurate positioning, meeting the demands of smaller section operations.
Vehicle maneuverability: With a width of just 1.3m, the vehicle’s four-wheel closed system and articulated chassis offer superb maneuverability and a tight turning radius.
Electric control technology: Featuring advanced electric control, it includes remote program monitoring and updating, GPS positioning, and MQTT data interaction for seamless IoT integration. Real-time drilling depth detection provides essential data to operators, while pump flow and pressure monitoring protect the equipment and prevent drill sticking. Additionally, it incorporates electric control anti-jamming mechanisms.
