The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is a revolutionary product designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. This advanced equipment employs a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer to shatter rocks. The bucket teeth or drill rods wedge into the rock, leveraging the free face's gravity under the surrounding rock to naturally break it apart. High-frequency hammers are optimal for rocks below 40MPa, while breaker hammers are ideal for harder, less developed rocks. The equipment features both local control and wireless remote control, adaptable for tunnel excavation ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. The LDJ400 integrates high-frequency rock breaking, rapid excavation of soft soil, precise contour trimming, and effective spray dust removal. It is particularly suitable for construction in areas where blasting is prohibited, such as airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves. Its exceptional flexibility caters to various surrounding rock types, minimizing over- and under-excavation and preventing landslides and other complications.
Excavation efficiency: Achieve exceptional comprehensive excavation efficiency for grade IV and V surrounding rocks, reaching up to 50m³/h.
Minimal disturbance to surrounding rock: The non-explosive excavation method ensures minimal disruption to the surrounding rock, preserving structural integrity.
Precise excavation control: The entire machine's movements are meticulously controlled, maintaining over- and under-excavation of the contour surface within 20 centimeters.
Spray dust removal: Equipped with a comprehensive dust removal spray system, this machine effectively controls dust, ensuring a safer construction environment.
High-frequency rock breaking: Utilizes a patented three-toothed or two-toothed base, combined with a high-frequency breaker hammer, delivering rapid rock breaking and powerful impact.
Remote control: All machine movements are remotely controlled, offering ease of operation. The operator can conveniently adjust the position for optimal efficiency.
Diesel-electric dual power system: Supports diesel-powered emergency and transmission, alongside electric-powered construction. This dual system minimizes costs and prevents exhaust gas pollution, reducing heat accumulation during operations.
Efficient slag discharge: Certain models come with slag collecting and discharging devices, boasting a slag discharge capacity of 180m³/h. This system meets the demands of small-section equipment for rapid, on-site slag removal.
