The LCG312C The intelligent integrated vehicle-mounted arch frame trolley is a state-of-the-art device that seamlessly combines steel arch frame installation, welding mesh and connecting ribs, and excavation surface measurement. Mounted on a vehicle chassis to ensure agile movement and swift transitions, this equipment excels in delivering reliable and efficient performance under all circumstances. With remote operation capabilities for all three booms, and manual control options in the hanging basket for the left and right booms, it significantly reduces labor costs, mitigates construction risks, boosts efficiency, and standardizes the vertical arch construction process.

This meets the demands for prefabricated arch installation, various benching methods, and precise arch positioning and adjustments. The entire vertical support construction process is completed in approximately one hour.
Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Utilizing our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly techniques (A Multiple Prefabricated Arch Frame - Patent No. ZL20222537953.5), the arch frames are produced outside the tunnel, reducing on-site working time on hazardous surfaces and minimizing construction safety risks, while substantially enhancing overall efficiency.
Minimal Operating Personnel: The entire construction operation can be efficiently executed by just 3 people, in stark contrast to traditional methods that require 8 or more personnel.
